For us the process of developing a website is about gathering information. We understand mysterious looking code and use intimidating software interfaces, but the process is really one of listening to the client.

We ask: what are the purpose and goals of the site - what is the scope of the project and how much ongoing participation can the client devote to the site - what is distinctive about the image the client has developed to project as a unique identity - what aesthetic and graphic design elements are perceived as part of that image - what existing graphic work can or should be incorporated into the project.

The design work is a collaborative effort in which we provide mockups that display graphic and text content and simulate navigation through the site. The development of the site proceeds as a series of draft pages
presented for approval. Once individual sections and pages are approved the site is placed on a server available only to the client for final approval before launching it for the public.
